Central Plaza, developed by a joint venture partnership comprising The Sino Group and Sun Hung Kai Properties, provides 107,000 square metres of lettable space. The building has individual lettable floor area of 1,858 square metres. With a site area of 7,230 square metres, the land was acquired at a government auction held in January 1989 at a price of HK$3,350 million or HK$5 million per square metre. It took 44 months from land acquisition to completion, approximately 4 days to complete one floor.
Central Plaza stands majestically in Wanchai North’s business district, its height and bold architectural concepts involved have created a new focal point in Hong Kong.

- Assist the Property Manager to liaise with tenants and other internal departments
- Support a better co-ordination to the overall administration, supervision and management of the building management team

Requirements

Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines Professional qualification in property management is an advantage Degree holders with 3 years of relevant experience or Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, with Mandarin will be an advantage Strong communication skills with attention to detail and good organizational skills Proficiency in computer skills

Customer Service Ambassador (Ref: REQ/BM/840/IN)

Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries at concierge of lobbies
- Conduct courtesy tenant visits and coordinate with tenant-related matters
- Provide administration support for Building Management Department
- 5 days work and bank holidays

Requirements

F.5/DSE graduate or above Experience in Customer Service is preferable Outgoing, initiative and service-oriental with good presentation and interpersonal skills Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua speaking Proficiency in computer skills Wear uniform is required
